Context
The current crisis of public leadership, global governance and business integrity is degrading citizens, consumers and investors’ confidence, seriously affecting prospects of a better world in many countries. We are at a breaking point in people’ respect for our higher-placed leaders and key institutions. At the same time, countless entrepreneurs, change agents, investors and people of goodwill are pioneering innovative enterprising solutions to the challenges of prosperity for all. Could we be at the cusp of a renaissance in values, vision and actions that opens an era of unprecedented creativity and wellbeing ?

SiB appeals to women and men leaders, entrepreneurs, responsible decision-makers with vision, courage, passion, integrity. What moves us is a burning desire to be good AND great leaders, in organizations large and small, for ourselves and our peers. What is "spirit" ?

In German, "spirit" is Geist, the vital animating essence of a person.
