Promotional Opportunities

As a Cooperating Partner or Sponsor, you have a choice of several packages. Please choose the one that suits you best.

Entry Level  Package – EUR 2,500

1. Your company name will be printed on all material that is sent out in advance, including emails presenting the conference and the Spirit in Business website.
2. Your company name will be displayed in the conference programme.
3. Your company will be highlighted in the Conference Program, giving details of the themes, speakers and dialogue deepenings. This will be handed out to all participants upon arrival.

Mezzanine Level Package – EUR 5,000

1. Your company name will be printed on all material that is sent out in advance, including emails presenting the conference and the Spirit in Business website.
2. Your company name will be displayed in the conference programme.
3. Your company will be highlighted in the Conference Program, giving details of the themes, speakers and dialogue deepenings. This will be handed out to all participants upon arrival.
4. Your company will be given the opportunity to present its products and services at the conference venue.
5. One person from your company will be invited to participate in the conference free of charge (accommodation not included).

Co-Sponsor Package – EUR  10,000

1. Your company name will be printed on all material that is sent out in advance, including emails presenting the conference and the Spirit in Business website.
2. Your company name will be displayed in the conference programme.
3. Your company will be highlighted in the Conference Program, giving details of the themes, speakers and dialogue deepenings. This will be handed out to all participants upon arrival.
4. Your company will be given the opportunity to present its products and services at the conference venue.
5. Two people from your company will be invited to participate in the conference free of charge (accommodation is not included and needs to be arranged by you).

Sponsor for specific conference items
Perhaps you would prefer to pick from the specific sponsorship opportunities listed below. Once you have sent us your choice, we will contact you to discuss the details.

1. Conference Book – EUR 10,000
   We will print a comprehensive Conference Book, with details of the programme, the speakers, maps, advertisements, articles, and other interesting information about the conference. We would be deligthed to have your organisatino prominently visible here as our sponsor.
2. Lunches – EUR 6,000 per lunch
   After the morning sessions, all participants will savour a lunch sponsored by you. In addition to displaying your logo on each table 5 of your executives will be invited.
3. Dinners – EUR 10,000 per dinner
   Sponsoring the pleasure of end of the day's dinner where participants will sit down together with 5 of your company's executives, invited to attend. Your company's name card and logo will be on each table.
