SiB has a board of 7 experienced individuals who have been working in this area individually for many years, some for decades. Together, they have been cooperating in SiB to create a movement and provide a focal point where business leaders can explore questions, find inspiration and know-how.

The entire structure of SiB has been organised to empower and enable the Stewards of SiB. These are the drivers, the champions of SiB. Each Steward assumes responsibility for a project that fits the SiB vision. He or she moves the project forward, in cooperation with the Circle of Stewards and SiB's board/secretariat, or on one's own. One or more national stewards are selected to coordinate the activities in each of the growing number of nations where SiB is now operational.

Patrons are globally-recognized leaders of integrity who sustain our work through their networks, outreach and insights.

Sustainers are individuals who deeply believe in the mission SiB is taking forward and thus support it financially.
